Jason had found them. He had gotten their names. Not her. Why was this making her so angry? She couldn't introduce all the recruits. But, when she had gotten the news from Holly that Jason had found two boys in the forest and had learned their names, she had nearly destroyed The Cottage. It had been disastrous. Now she sitting in the Athena cabin, contemplating why she was so angry. Holly had said she needed to take a rest and calm down. Holly was probably right. Willow hadn't been this angry since she had first found out why her mother had abandoned her to live with her alcoholic father. But, that wasn't the only thing she was worried about.
The recruits. What were their names? Brandon and..... Lucas? She wasn't quite sure. They were children of Hermes, and they said that they had ran away from home and met up along the way. But something about their story didn't quite fit. She was determined to keep an eye on them until she was sure they were telling the truth.
Her mind wandered again, this time thinking about why she was so furious. Jason had found them, he should have been the one to find out their names and show them around the camp, right? But something was clouding her judgement. Her decisions seemed biased, and hr actions seemed more discriminative. She wasn't herself, and she wasn't sure why. There wasn't anything to cause these things to happen. She was more violent now, and she was acting cold towards people who were her friends. What was happening?
Then suddenly, her head began to pound with great force. She couldn't see much anymore, and her gut was beginning to explode with pain. She clutched her head, and cried out. She just wanted the pain to stop. Someone barged into the room, she wasn't sure who. She heard someone say, It's Ok Willow, calm down, you'll be fine. But the person who was speaking sounded panicked. Then, there was nothing but blackness.
